Why You Need to Stop Charging By the Hour
If you are just starting out in your business, it is important you refrain from CHARGING by the HOUR for your services.
While this may be tempting to do, it actually limits you from having a steady stream of clients and income.
Think about how many clients you would actually have to serve to reach a specific income goal.
Use $5,000 per month as an example, with your hourly rate being $300.
You would need roughly 17 monthly clients to reach this income goal.
Achieving this is not impossible, but it is a lot more work — depending on your audience size.
From this perspective, the business model is NOT SUSTAINABLE.
That means you more than likely would not be able to repeat this over and over each month.
Can you say BURNOUT?

Consider creating packages for your clients that equate up to $5,000 per month. Be it a bundle, membership, course, group, or 1:1 coaching if you are in the coaching industry.
